Meet Morgan Moss MA , CCC-SLP
As an undergraduate, Morgan attended The Ohio State University, where she received a B.A in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a Minor in Human Development.
Morgan continued her education at The University of Akron where she received her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology.
Morgan has special training through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional therapy and has plans to train with the Breathe Institute in Los Angeles.
Morgan has professional interests in the areas of swallowing disorders (dysphagia), orofacial myology, and the neurological aspects of speech and language.
Morgan has vast experience treating patients across the lifespan from pediatrics to the geriatric population with a wide range of diagnoses and speech and language disorders.
Professional Memberships & Awards
Morgan is currently a member of the American Hearing and Speech Association and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence. Recently, she received the Award of Continuing Education. The ACE is a formal recognition of professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning by earning 7.0 ASHA continuing education units (CEUs) which is equivalent to 70 contact hours within a 36-month period.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
